The goal is to reduce your use of single-use disposable items like plastic bags, coffee cups, and plastic bottles. For each single-use item taken, you receive 1 point. The goal is to get the lowest score by the end of the game.  When you log your points, each player will be asked a series of questions to spark their memory:

Paul using his sustainable items during the April Challenge

Today have you…
…taken a disposable shopping bag (including a fruit bag at the grocery store?
…purchased a drink served in a disposable cup?
…eaten food served in a disposable container AND/OR eaten with disposable utensils (this includes delivery)?
…purchased single-use food items that could be bought in larger sizes?
…purchased bottled water?
…used a disposable restaurant to-go container?
…used a paper towel or a napkin (that wasn’t already given to you at a restaurant)?
…used Ziplock bags AND/OR saran wrap?
…used any other disposable, single-use items?

At the end of each week, we will tally the points and determine who the most successful player is and who needs to rev up their game.  A winner will be announced at the end of the month!
